Immunoassay for the detection of Group A streptococcal antigen directly from throat swab specimens.

Fast, Accurate detection of Group A Strep with "walk-away" convenience.


Test Procedure*

  1. Dispense 4 drops of Reagent A and 4 drops of Reagent B into the extraction tube and insert the specimen swab. Incubate at room temperature for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the swab, while squeezing out liquid.
  3. Insert pipette into tube, and dispens 4 drops into the cassette sample well.
  4. Read the results in 5 minutes.

Test Interpretation

Positive: Reddish lines appear in both the Control (C) and Test (T) areas.

Negative: Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) area.
